The staffing coordinator told us not to be surprised if we get called to fill in for somebody who calls off "suddenly sick" this weekend. Fine with me, would love to get holiday pay to start a new job. Wishing everyone a happy holiday.  |

Mood: | Re: Thursday, July 2nd, 2009 Geeez! Only 2 posts the whole dang day? What the heck? Today's shift totally stank.  Thus, when I got home, opened the 2nd beer of the year. THAT tells ya something about the day. Cali, I agree with the holiday pay bit. One of my jobs would only accept written Dr. excuses if one called off on a holiday, especially if you were scheduled. (We did alternate holi-daze.) Hope you all have a good night! |
