So much for the weekend I've already worked 36 hours this week only 20 more to go. I was only going to work 12 more but somebody else needed 8 off tomorrow so I'm working for them.
I hurt my shoulder somehow a couple of days ago I don't know if it was at work, working out or slept on it wrong but I can hardly turn my head to the left, can't hold the phone on my left shoulder. I slept with an icy hot pad on last night so will try that again tonight along with some motrin and not work out in the morning but will try that after work...we'll see.

Hope you feel better! Last time I had pain/used a heating pad, I ended up with a scorched back. Motrin doesn't do too good here...Excedrin is my 'poison of choice'.
