10 pm here now...no work today just delivered some Avon orders, took a nap then went to my moms. She was fixing dinner and my son wanted to stay so we had chicken and dumplings (mom makes homemade dinner almost every night including veggies) then watched reality junk (survivor and apprentice). We were a little warmer today so we had a little thaw but they're calling for some freezing rain or sleet tonight. The kids got out of school early on Tuesday and have been out the last 2 days and are scheduled to go back tomorrow on a 2 hr delay but might be more then that if that freeze comes tonight. I'm not scheduled for any overtime right now (how I got out of that who knows) I work the next 2 days then I'm off until next friday maybe I could go someplace warm

Cass, I swear that the schools call school off more and more lately. I know we had only ONE snow day in grade school. Heck, in 2nd grade, a tornado took a section of the roof off the new (at the time) school, and we just dealt with it. Geez...when do they learn????
