| Tax Advantages I am considering travel nursing and spoke with a recruiter today who directed me to www.gsa.gov which lists the per diem tax advantages of working over 50 miles from home. She said you do not have to keep receipt to take advantage of it. The site is for federal employees but she said it applies to travel nurses as well as other professions. I would love to hear from anyone who is familiar with it for verification. Also, I have been commuting over 50 miles to my permanent nursing job for years. Would this apply to me as a permanent emplyee as well? |
