Morning, folks! It's Sunday already! Geez, you all musta been pretty busy yesterday, as no one even dropped by the Daily Thread. Same old stuff here....vegging on my day off. Did some much needed clothes shopping before vacation, etc.

Today is National code brown day. Appears that the patients did not realize that sunday was the "relaxing" day of the week. Oh well, Job security. :houra:

E-Gad.....where did the weekend go? It's already 7:30 my time. Well, all good things must come to an end. Hope you all had a wonderful weekend.

It's 11pm here I worked today 7a-7p then had some running to do then got home and watched my taped shows....even though I missed the last 10 minutes of one because the 8 yr old turned it off oh well I really didn't need to watch that anyway.... had one of thoe pretty quiet days as the weekend we discharge from the Thursday and Friday deliveries and since the majority of deliveries are now induced that only happens on the weekdays... I had somebody actually come in laboring on their own.. OMG came in about 2 delivered at 6:30 worked out real well.

Somebody needed off next Sat for a graduation so I'm going to work that for them and they'll take my Tuesday so I'm off till Friday...there is a scavenger hunt for nurses week and my team is going to win Have to go in Thurs morning to bring in our stuff but we got everything on the list hope ours is the best (one thing was nursing text book and bonus for the oldest...mom got me one from a lady in her church for 1890 and one 1910 I've heard peds has 1917 so hope nobody else has a better one)
