Welcome to the site, rnr!
I hear you about working nights; I've put in my share of them, too. Not once, not twice, but 3 times. There are advantages at times, though.
Hope to see many of your posts when you are able to do so!

Hello everyone! I would like to introduce myself. I am 42 yo with 2 girls ages 11 and 13. I have been a RN for 20 years, most spent in level III NICU with high risk. L&D, post and ante-partal background. I also worked for a few years in the corporate setting for a widely-known nurse travel company as a clinical liaison. I have been interested in this field for quite some time and am ready to start pursuing this new career path. I am currently considering online courses d/t their flexibility...I currently work FT nights (ugh!). I look forward to interacting with all of you and hopefully at one point I can be experienced enough to share my knowledge and experience as an LNC!!! Take care.
