Good morning, everyone! Just a quick hello before the rat race starts again in a few minutes/hours. So much for relazing on the weekend anymore. Right now, our house is a pass-over for geese on the wing.

So what's going on with the rest of you?

Finally got the carpets cleaned late yesterday afternoon, today will be grocery shopping & then relaxing/watching football. Allergies are much better now, but I think I'm coming down with a cold...

I have been up since six this morning and I am still a bit tired. I have decided to redo my network today, starting with my Proxy server; so dont be surprised if <?php get_env(REMOTE_ADDR); ?> shows up a private range 10.2 IP address for about an hour, lol.

I dread going into work tonight, everyone has the "cold" you guys are speaking of, it begins simply enough as a stomach virus and evolves.
At least 3 nurses on my floor are out sick.

Ya know, Medic, we all wash our hands until they are cracked and bleeding (of course, using that wonderful antibacterial soap). I sometimes wonder if that is causing the constant illness that strikes.

Mom just went on an ABT, and I had to remind her to eat yogurt.

I am the typical nurse, carrying a bottle of Purell with me wherever I go, and it is so funny; because no matter where I am--the smell of Purell always reminds me of Vandy. Some hospitals are talking about setting up units where you have to use the soap dispensor before the door will open.

The only good cat is a cooked cat....UNLESS it is Milton. THAT is a whole different cat.

Gordon Shumway was pretty cool, though. Did you know that Melmac was a popular dishware in the '50's? Mom still has some.

Wanna hear something ironic? I just flipped on the TV about an hour ago to see B.B. King telling the story of the arkansas incident that inspired him to name his guitar "Lucille". Cosmic forces are all around, I suppose.
