Good morning, all!

Hey, Cass; glad to know you were able to get connected. Was wondering where you were.

Usual 'catching up' needs to be done here, and had better get self going. Laundry really needs doing.

Weather is pretty nice right now, but it will get warmer during the week. Cass, re: the air conditioner: maybe it was running too much?

Re: Sunday, August 23rd, 2009

AC has been on constantly but when temp is in the 90's with 100% humidity it can't help it....it's fixed today the landlord also owns the townhouse nextdoor and it so happens the guy he just rented to on Friday is the guy he's hired to service the AC, bug spray this week and some general maint this week so the guy came over this morning and cleaned it out and it's working well...today not as warm and the humidity is down. I tried to nap this afternoon and got a little more then an hours nap which won't be enough to work all night..the boy was having a fit at his computer game so I didn't sleep much.

Re: Sunday, August 23rd, 2009

Hi everyone,

It's been a really busy weekend but a lot of fun, even in the heat. Taking a few minutes to touch base. Sorry I missed yesterday but wasn't home much. Cat, Blue Bloaters have chronic bronchitis, very cyanotic. Pink Puffers have emphysema, usually very SOB but not generally hypoxic. I forgot to add the CHFers to that list. Anyway, 'nuff of that. On to my wilted garden now.

Take care everyone.

Thanks, Ricu. My mind tends to shut down at times. This was one of those times.

Cass, sugar and boric acid gets rid of palmetto bugs. Just don't let dog near the stuff.
