Calling for teachers: University nursing program is growing, needs more faculty / nwi.com
The University of St. Francis - Crown Point nursing education program is adding a two-year associate of science in nursing degree program and is moving to a space inside the hospital that is more than twice the size of its current location beginning with the August session.
Because of growth, the university also is seeking more faculty members. Adjunct instructors, ideally practicing nurses with a master's or bachelor's degree, are needed.
For more information on the programs or becoming an instructor, call Margaret Stoffregen-DeYoung, nursing program director, at (219) 681-6800.
