Mood:   | Saturday, September 5th, 2009  Thank heavens for the weekend! That old adage about the Full Moon is really in force. Now, for 2 days of R&R.......yippee! So, what all do the rest of you have planned for the weekend? Have you decided on a cook out? One last day at the beach? Still no decisions here. Am going to go for more coffee right now. |

Mood: | Re: Saturday, September 5th, 2009 Hey, Cat....Good Morning! I am just relapsing here, playing some Queen songs. Woulda been Farouk Bulsara's 64th, I believe. (Yes, Fred Mercury) The weather is decent, the sun is out, and I am planning on taking said self out to enjoy some of the day. Work has been work; that is all I will say. Am waiting for the Football season to officially start. I'm surprised the Bears and Vikes aren't playing each other earlier in the season.  That's a contentious 'fight' in this household, and ain't gonna really change. Favre may be with the Vikes, but I still think he shoulda stayed retired. Then again, he shoulda been with the Vikes from day one? Enough said for now. See you all later. |

Kids #1 and #2 are working all day and kid #3 is away till Monday so it's just the two of us practicing empty nesting. It doesn't feel too bad... Our friends are coming over for a playdate in a little while. Likely pizza and beer and maybe a video. Hope everyone else is having a good weekend too. R |

Mood: | Re: Saturday, September 5th, 2009 Went bumming around, got some booze..... A friend's husband is coming over tomorrow to help hack down a shrub/bush thingie that needs removing. Guess the beer will come in handy. |
