Good morning, everyone! Ready for the onslaught of trick or treaters? I am!

I just couldn't sleep, thus am up at this ghastly hour. Bleah. So, what's going on with the rest of you?

Well, just bought candy for the neighborhood kids...

We had Trick or Treat yesterday and more kids than we've seen in awhile. The minivans were out cruising in full force. Had to work so missed most of it. Worked today too- really busy. Hemorrhagic stroke is the Blue-Plate Special this week. Well heading to bed, now. 0400 comes fast but at least we turn the clocks back tonight and get more sleep. Good for dayshifters but bad for night shifters. At least we try to schedule the same people on the spring-ahead night to make it fair.

We had quite a few this year, I tell ya. Glad to see that they were out in force.

Heyho! Happy Halloween all of you! We had about 40 kids, and the dang dog got loose on us. Blame the husband on that--he'd just fed the mooch. Dippy dog got tackled, squirmed loose, then got caught.

Work has been something else. Yeah, I noticed the Full Moon. Everyone's been basically barking at it lately. :bite me:

I just got back from school almost an hour ago. Eight minutes ago I heard some knocking but I didn't answer cause I didn't get candy for the kids this year. My daughter put a sign on her door saying there's no candy there. Everybody has a long face at my daughter's place. Wonder what they're all so irritable about. Well, same old, same old. I go to work, I go to school, I eat (junk), and I sleep. That's about it. Happy Halloween to everybody.

Last year they had leftover candy for weeks. Hardly anyone came so the grandkids got to keep the stash. Yep, nothing this year.
