Good morning all. It's my weekend on! Gaaaaah! NOT a good thing. Other then that, I can't complain.......yet!

I'm up I got off work at 7:30 last night then drove home, picked up the spouse and kid and drove to Indianapolis (got here abot 12:30 but with the time change 1:30 Indy time) now getting ready for the Avon tour of beauty today at the state fair grounds. Hope to expand my business there and make advanced unit leader (and advance my paycheck)we'll stay here until tomorrow sometime. We stay at residence inns so they can have things to do while I"m gone.

Had a stupid busy day at work yesterday with every room full all day and even labor patients in the recovery room and ER calling to send more ...a frequent flier who I told to hold onto for a few minutes while we got a room cleaned so they called and told on me wah wah...we got her did all the admission paperwork checked her out and she was out the door within 40 minutes then more paperwork AGH at least it was a good staff day and none of the *****ers and moaners were there so it still went well..that can make all the difference.

What I particularly HATE about weekends, is that we have a doctor come in for 'groups'. He tends to set up shop in my office (which I share with Rehab.). This really irks the bejeebers outta me, especially since he uses my chair, etc. NOT good! And when he doesn't notice the residents going through my desk? REALLY gets me ticked off.

That's it; I am heading off to bed. Today has been strange, and it has gotten worse. The dang FD just went down my street (the whole fleet!) and the street is quite small. Plus, most of the drivers have forgotten how to drive in decent weather. I am considering this day DONE!
