need help on this one, i have a question regarding computers in healthcare. what are the issues concerning the ongoing use of computers and our dependence oh it.

what if greater tecnhnology eradicates simple and manual methods of work in healthcare, would it be devastating to provide healthcare without the use of technologies supposing there is an incident of power shortage and electric disaster some time in the future? how do we cope up if an earthquake hits california and all the buildings of los angeles are destroyed, are we still competent to help people in times of emergency without using sophisticated equipments?
