I had to work today 7-3:30 (2 8 and 2 12 this week) I had hospital competancy today which took an hour from 9-10 then by 12 my patient was complete and ready to push (of course it's lunch time)so we pushed for just over an hour without much luck persistant OP (sunny side up) so by 1:30 we were getting ready for a c/s got out of the OR at 2:45 so didn't get out of recovery until 3:45 so got off at 4 with no lunch...oh well I'm not hurting to miss a meal. I had to meet my Avon district manager on the way home to sign a contract so had Wendy's with her. Called the NM of the perdiem hospital I work at and talked to her going to turn in my resignation there I just don't have time to keep up with all of their competancy plus work my full time job and my teaching job. She said she'd rehire me in the future if I wanted. Hope to get to bed early tonight.... I work tomorrow and have to go to a deposition where one of the docs is getting sued. I don't think he did anything wrong but it's one of those things that happens in surgery sometimes so he's getting sued and my name is on that chart 1 time AGH.

The snow is actually MELTING here...hot dang! And to think I thought it would never start going away.

Cass, hope you get some rest. I have 2 seminars next month; one 'on my own', and another with the Admin. and DON. I had to pay for one, but I still get paid to attend, otherwise. How lucky can I get?!
