DS1122 Junior Member Join Date: Apr 2006 Location: Houston, TX Posts: 1	LPNs at Maxim Healthcare - No overtime? I've heard that Maxim Healthcare pays its home healthcare LPNs straight time for hours worked over 40 in a week, instead of paying them overtime (time and a half) for hours over 40. Has anyone else heard/experienced this?
