info on multiply state nursing license

Hope someone can shed light on this problem. I have
been offered a position as a health coach on the phone. I will be answering calls from every state in the US. I've been told that I will need a license from each state. The company will be paying for these so that's good. However, they sent me a list of all that I will need to bring on the first day to file for these licenses and they are asking for the exact day, month and year that I began and left each of my jobs. I never thought I'd need to remember the exact day and I only remember the month and year. I've worked many jobs since I started nursing 24 years ago. One of the agencies I worked for in 2000 even went out of business. Can someone who has applied for multiple license tell me if this is really necessary? I'm really anxious over how I might obtain these dates, esp. from so many years ago. Thanks
