Want to work in Florida this winter, need advice of really well managed hospitals and or ones to stay away from.

I have worked at Mease Dunedin Hospital in Dunedin, FL, and Morton Plant Hospital, in Clearwater, FL, and I liked both of them (I worked ICU). I had great nurse managers at both hospitals.

Last winter I worked at Naples Community Hospital & North Collier hospital in Naples, I worked in the ER. Both places were great, and had great staff members, but they cancelled a lot of travelers early due to low census, so just be wary of that.
