Good morning, everyone! Did anyone 'gobble till they wobbled'? I admit to being a bit stuffed, but watched myself. I guess the 'official' shopping season will take care of everything.

Mag, I was talking to my dad about what he had for Thanksgiving back in the 50's; they had a heck of a meal, and the 'Brass' (as he called them) dished it up. True, not home, but the guys were 'family' for all purposes.

So, who's braving the crowd to go shopping today?

Amazing....the crowds were pretty civilized today! I guess people started lining up at the nearby Kohl's at 1:30 am. Okay.....fiiine...... Got quite a few things outta the way, so I am happy.

my 8 yr old wanted to go to breakfast at the local diner this morning so I told him I'd take him and called my brothers to meet us but when we got there they were closed so went to mom's and my brother cooked for him. I left him at mom's playing backgammon and chess with my brother then picked up my daughter and granddaughter to get things for the daughter's new job (working in the cage at the casino) I told her that was her Christmas did she want it wrapped then came home and took a nap too late so now after midnight and I'm typing...the son wants to try the diner again in the morning he's a little rotten.
