Good morning, all! It's Friday, and you know what that means, especially seeing it's the Memorial day Weekend....all mayhem is going to break loose, I am sure. Please keep in mind all of those who have gone on before us, and especially those now in the Middle East.

So, is anyone working this weekend? If so, count me in.....6 days straight. *Sigh* I am hoping it's my boss who made a mistake, but looking at the schedule, I might even end up working a double somewhere.

Still not working. I just hit 2 weeks being out of work. I thought this would be fun lol. I'm going crazy. I'm used to running, with work, school and kids. Now I'm playing at SAHM ....and I'm so not used to it!

Got another rejection letter in the mail yesterday. :frustrated: But at least they bothered to let me know.

I was off today. When I got up about 7 I saw the answering machine light flashing and it was work calling at about 5:30 asking if I could come in today and help out...I had plans but called anyway but they'd found somebody else (good) I have the ringer off in my bedroom but do hear the other everynow and then. I went to my Avon meeting this morning then met my husband and son and saw Pirates 3. It was ok I still like the first one best. I wish there was more Jack Sparrow and less pirate battles. It was long also around 2:45. I'm off until next Wed. Going to my parents on Monday and cooking out who knows what I'll do the rest of the weekend we'll see. It was 90's today now getting ready to storm at 6:30

Yeah, boss made a mistake on the schedule. I AM off Tuesday, but have to work the floor Sunday on 3-11. If I were still 'on the floor', this would be my weekend on. We've been down one nurse for about a year now, and of course it is 'my' weekend. My DON usually will pick up one shift, but Sunday usually has 2 open shifts; thus.....I get nailed.

Maybe I can sleep in a bit Sunday and Monday????
