Good morning, all! True to my word, I woke up a bit late. So, how are you all doing? Fine, I hope. Still gotta do wrapping here, so....talk to you all later.

I slept late today I worked 16 yesterday. I was ready to get off at 7p when they said there was 1 nurse short from 7-11 (boss had given PDO to somebody and put a note on the front of the time book that it needed covered and noone took it. I hadn't even seen the note) we were so busy that someone else also stayed until 8:15 and we had the call person come in...so I got home a little after midnight and went straight to bed then heard the alarm at 7 and DH got my son off to school and I got up sometime after the view was over. Took DH to the tire store to get new tires on his car then to the grocery and back home then put the leash on the dog and walked to school to pick up my son then to moms and she wasn't home. My brother pulled up just when we were leaving and he gave us a ride home. Played with boy and dog a little out back now on and off the computer checking the mail and trying to keep the dog from tearing up paper.
It's going to snow/ice tonight and tomorrow I work all weekend...still no tree up nothing wrapped and have lots of things to do bah humbug.

I hear the humbug. Just found out we need to shell out approx. $2500 for needed house maintenance. Can you say furnace? Don't ask what happened. We have heat and all, but I had noticed something 'strange' lately; thus a call to a local company, and surprise 'gift'. Humbug, indeed.
