Porterville, LVN - RISK MANAGEMENT We are currently seeking an LVN for our Risk Management Department . This position will be responsible for assisting in duties related to Organizational Risk reduction. This position will also assist with data collection via chart review, analysis, recommendation, implementation, trouble-shooting and support.
