Thumbs up Maryland Individual Healthcare registry

Hello

I wanted to let Maryland Healthcare professionals know that there is a great new program sponsored by the Health Facilities Association of Maryland that allows individuals to load an electronic profile containing their credentials and send that electronic profile to participating hospitals and skilled nursing facilities in Maryland.

Once the facility approves the users profile, the healthcare professional can view shift opportunities available online 24/7. It is great because it allows users the ability to real time book shifts that they want to work at multiple facilities and they can make more money being paid through the faciliy's float poolls than working for a staffing agency. Plus they get all the flexibility to work where and when they want without all the calls from agencies. There is no cost to the individual at all.

Any interested individuals can call an information representative at 410-218-2010. You can also respond to this thread to request information as well.

Cheers

Mike

Re: Maryland Individual Healthcare registry

I just received an update on the number of participating facilities. There are now over 20 locations that will be offering shifts on-line to qualified healthcare professionals. Last week there were only 11. This program promises to provide a great deal of opportunity for Maryland Healthcare Professionals.

You can call 410-218-2010 for registration information!
