Indiana to Illinois Reciprocity?

I would like to know if there is licensure reciprocity from Indiana to Illinois for RN licenses? How would I go about applying for this? The Illinois web site is not user-friendly and is impossible to negotiate. If anyone can help me with clear, concise answers and directions, I'd sure appreciate it. And, I won't have to sic my "vicious attack kitty" on anyone.

Re: Indiana to Illinois Reciprocity?

Some neigbhoring states do allow nurses to work in either state..And I believe something like WV has an agreement with WA..How would of thunk it..

Maybe try Indiana's website.. Or just call either one of them.

Don't ya hate it when the websites are so dang hard to navigate or understand all the legal mumbo jumbo...HMMMMMM

Re: Indiana to Illinois Reciprocity?

Need the Illinois license. Plus, now Illinois nurses need 20 CEU's per renewal period.

If you live close to the border, I'd say have the dual licensure.
