| Re: Would like advice from someone that been there This is a really old post so you have probably already done whatever. Curious to know what you decided. This post came up when i googled michigan board of nursing sucks! Anyway, to anyone out there DO NO SIGN A CONTRAT WITH CAN DO OR ANY OTHER "SAVE YOUR LICENSE" PROGRAM. You are better off to take your chances go to court if necessary whatever the case may be. Signing any type of recovery contract is an admission of guilt and you do NOT want to go there. If you require treatment for drug or alcohol addiction I urge you to seek it ON YOUR OWN. |

| Re: Would like advice from someone that been there Wow, it's scary how much one pissed off person can mess with your career. I'm curious what became of this situation??? I wonder, also, if the nurse accused has any recourse as far as sueing the accuser for libel/slander once the nursing board has cleared her of any wrongdoing? |
