| Re: will second job jeopardize my license??? What you do in your own time, as long as it's not illegal, is no one's business- not your regular employer or your state's board of nursing. The only way your personal life could affect your license is if it includes illegal activity (getting arrested, drugs, drunk driving, etc.). Wearing a tight shirt & short shorts while working as a waitress should not affect your nursing license at all. |

| Re: will second job jeopardize my license??? It hasn't hurt me yet. I was doing all of the following at once Full time one hospital Per diem at another (just quit because I didn't have enough time recently) Clinical instructor 4th semester ADN program..cut back to clinical instructor assistant so I go to clinicals and help with students but no paper work AVON...sell at Presidents Club level and am a Unit Leader (I sign people up to sell) Cookie Lee Jewelry...sell and unit leader...dont' do much just place my minimum order monthly so I get a comission check from what everyone else buys so basically free jewelry and a few $$$. And still have an 8 yr old at home

| be careful! don't tell anyone you are a nurse. I was a bartender in nursing school and my teachers warned me. some of my customers had health problems and would ask me questions, also there may be some liability if you know they have a health problem. |
