    Injury

Hello, Three days ago I was hit extremely hard on my leg just bellow my left knee on the right side by a cable hoist that was under a lot of tension. The blow cause my leg to swell immediately at the point of impact. Within a day the swelling subsided a little and the area that was struck turned black, yellow, and blue. I didn't think much of it and went on about my business. Now my leg is very sore and has turned black and blue on the inside of my leg all the way down and under the bottom of my left foot. Is this anything that I should worry about? Is there anything that I should do for it or should I just carry on and be more careful in the future?
