I work hard at work and have fun when I'm off. Get along well with the co-workers and work well together. Take vacations (have 200 hours of PDO/PTO left this year and have taken many weeks off) going on a cruise (Bahamas) with 4 co-workers in 2 weeks YIPPY Live 30 miles from work so have a nice drive home and let it go don't bring it home too much. play on my computer, read, walk, sell Avon, watch silly reality TV, listen to music, go to concerts...enjoy my time off

| Re: What do you do to relieve work stress? I always feel less stressed after I exercise. Venting to my mother and brother helps a lot too! (they are great for putting up with me he he). And I have to say, sometimes I indulge in eating icecream or chocolate for a quick stress fix |

| Re: What do you do to relieve work stress? What works best for me is meditation and positive thinking. I also make sure I get at least 8h of sleep every day. |
