A couple of quick pointers from my end, then I'll let the nurses give their information.
I was once a recruiter before we really got this company going, and the number one piece of advice I told my nurses, was whether or not you go with our company or not, you have to find a recruiter/company that you trust, not who anyone else trusts, but someone that you feel comfortable with. Someone that if there is a problem, even in the middle of the night, that there is someone you can reach to help with your problem...it's all a feeling that you have.
Now with that said, a good way to start checking into companies is right here on our site. We have a reviews section, that lists almost every staffing company out there. See for yourself what nurses are saying and how they are rating those companies. Then start calling them and seeing what they all have to offer.
Another way is to search our Career Center. See who has jobs in the areas you'd like to work in. Start contacting those companies...email them, call them, tell them you found them on here, and you want to know what benefits etc. they have to offer.
If you need any help, let us know.
I hope some of the nurses will be able to help you out as well.
