A Level Student needs help!

Ok, heres the thing.
I'm an A level Health and Social Care student from Devizes School. Unit 4 is all about the NHS and the achieve an A i have to get alternative perspectives so i would be very grateful if you could answer these questions for me.

1. How does the NHS Plan have an impact on the NHS e.g. money?

2.How does Essence of Care have an impact on the NHS e.g. money?

3.How does all of the genral government reforms, policies etc,have an impact on the NHS?

Please, Please, Please could you do this for me!

What is NHS? National Health system??? Can't comment on something I can't identify.

i would go the rcn site and do a search, there is a lot you can access even if you are not a member, also the nursing times site you can register there for free and view a lot of articles
