Self-Scheduling

I am looking for any information regarding nurses and self-scheduling for staff. I work in an ER and we are having severe staffing issues and are looking at ways to improve retention and improve staffing. Any info would be great! You may reply here or to my regular email: KelRN24@aol.com

Thanks,
Kelly
