Has anyone had any problem with a Hospital In California that has blatant disregard for Title 22 in the Operating Room? Like when doing Open Heart, the second surgeon scrubbing in for 5 minutes then leaving? Or procedures being done with out the second surgeon? Just wondering if I am the only one encountering this issue?
