| I am a newly licensed RN. I previously held a LPN license & have worked skilled LTC facilities. I'm interested in a more challenging position in a hospital but I'm having difficuly due to lack of qualifications at local hospitals to which I applied. How do you obtain experience as a RN in hospital setting if they want expertise in different clinical settings?. Any ideas would be appreciated. |
