Post Research Project on "Nurse VS Nurse Hostility"

Hi to everyone.I am a year-3 student nurse who is doing research on "Nurse VS Nurse Hostility" currently.I realise that it is a very common problem that happens among nurses,do you think so?I am pretty sure that it happens everywhere.The following are my questionnaires in order to complete my research survey.I have posted these questions online as part of my data collection.I hope all the members in this forum will participate in my questionnaires to allow me to find out the statistics of horizontal violence among nurses.:cheers:

SECTION B: Psychological and physical workplace violence
Horizontal violence is hostile and aggressive behaviour by individual or group members towards another member or groups of members of the larger group. This has been described as inter-group conflict. ( Duffy 1995). Horizontal violence is endemic in the workplace culture and it is an unacceptable and destructive phenomenon. All members of every workplace are urged to work together to address the issues of oppression and eliminate this unhealthy behaviour from the workplace.
