| reactivating my license Hi all, I just stumbled onto this site and I'm hoping that someone might be able to give me some direction on this matter. I let my license lapse when it expired in May,2002. Anyone know the process involved in reappying or reactivating it? Anyone been through that process? How was it and what are some of the obstacles that you could maybe help me avoid? I would really appreciate any and all responses. Thanx, Lorri |

| Re: reactivating my license Your state board of nursing should have a web site. It should give you all the info you need. At least give you a phone number to call to get info and forms needed to get the ball rolling. |
