Hi, I am new here, and have heard about a hospital that may be offering independant contracts. However, I have never done this, I have traveled, and worked outside of the ususal nursing "box". But, I need an idea of how much pay I can ask for or expect. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That depends on where the hospital is, what specialty area, what shift, how much experience you have, and what benefits are included...
