| Nurse-Patient Ratios Do you have an adequate Nurse-Patient Ratio in the unit where you work? Does your nursing administration really pay attention to the patient acuity data you send in & staff accordingly? Do you believe the ratio is safe or unsafe where you work? Finally, do you believe we should lobby for something like National Nurse-Patient Ratio laws? |
