nurse interview

I am a new nursing student and for one of our first assignments we have to interview a nurse. This person must be a registered nurse who is not a member of your immediate family, which takes out all of the nurses i know. I have to do an inyerview and answer the following questions:

1. Identify the person who you are interviewing including thier credentials.

2. Identify the number of years of practice and all the settings in which the nurse has worked

3. Discuss the types of education that the nurse has both formal and informal

4. Discuss the type of agency/ setiing in which the nurse currently works. Describe the services and the clients/patients served.

5. Describe the activities, responsibilities and functions of the nurse- the normal work day.

6. How the nurse organizes his/her time to provide care for his/her patients

7. Discuss the legal/accountability aspects of this nurse's job

8. How the nurse manages multiple roles of family, professional, and social life

9. What does this nurse like best about nursing? What odes the nurse like least?

10. What are the nurses opinions about nursing as a future career.

11. What are the recommendations about this nurse has for me as a student?

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED

Re: nurse interview

have you tried to go to the hospital where you'll do clinicals and introduce yourself and ask someone if they can help you? Someone could answer your questions here but you don't really get that interaction you would in person.
