| Re: New Grads I think new grads in critical care is a good idea if that's what you want to do. However, right now in our ICU, we've had a surge of new grads. I think new grads in the ICU should be in moderation. You need to make sure that you have a adequate supply of experienced resources. An ICU staffed with mostly new grads is very scary, for the new grad and the short supply of experienced nurses. |
