You can go as simple as a "reminder" inservice on how to asses a certain kind of patient things can get lax when it's an everyday thing... inservice a new medication or piece of equipment. A high risk procedue that isn't done often, an everyday procedure that could be done better. a patient population age, gender, culture |

On a medical surgical floor, accessing ports with non-coring huber needles is something we all should know, but unless we do it on a regular basis, we forget. Care of PICC lines, Hickman's, Groshongs, you can have a field day with IV therapy alone ![]() Can you tell us who you're planning on writing the continuing education courses for?
