sanjuska Junior Member Join Date: Apr 2008 Posts: 4	need some help.. I don't underastand the diference between all these exams(!?!?) What is the diference between NCLEX-RN and CGFNS international? This is all so confusing.I'm trying to understand what exam to I have to take to come to NYC and work there as a register nurse.There are all sorts of information on cgfns.org but I don't know do I have to take NCLEX-RN or apply for CGFNS intrenational(and when I pass it I should apply for visa screen program) ? Does anybody know something about that? Please help. S.
