 |  need help with a teaching proj i need a sample menu for a woman in menopause for my teaching project... any ideas or links i can go to? i tried google and even went to american dietetics association but didnt find a sample menu...

| Re: need help with a teaching proj i need it by 11/1 .. we are required to write a teaching for anything we want... i chose menopause coz the lady i work with is going through it and i figured she could use some teaching... but we dotn have to actually teach it to a real person..

| Re: need help with a teaching proj Google "menopause nutrition" and you'll get plenty of results also - Leslie Beck's "Nutrition Guide to Menopause" has sample menus. |
