Need advice for helping nurse recruiters become knowledgable

I am with a staffing nurse agency. I am looking to make a program for my recruiters to become more knowlegable about how they are recruiting. In essense, I want them to work smarter with the traveler and the hospital. I am looking for help in regards to a training process for Nurse recruiters to teach them more on nursing terms, how hospitals run, what nurses are expected to do in certain areas, and etc... If anyone has knowledge in these matters, it would be greatly appreciated.
