MICHIGAN RN being fired d/t medical condition please help

Hello, a few days back I posted here regarding recently discovering(about 2 weeks ago) after going to my MD with c/o insomnia, stress at work, difficulty learning new job, my hospital's new computer system(which just went into effect at the same time I started my orientation to my unit)that I have a severe vitamin B12 deficiency that has affected my job performance. My nurse mgr met with me about a week BEFORE I learned I have this deficiency (vitamin B12 level is 128 when it should be in the 200-900 range) saying she would "have to let me go" if my performance did not improve i.e. demonstrate better "judgement", learn the job quicker. After I found out about my medical problem I promptly went to my nurse mgr and let her know this is why I was having such a hard time learning/concentrating etc.. she said this did not matter and I would still have to be let go if I did not show improvement in a short time.
I asked if I could go back on orientation(since I have begun starting daily IM B12 injections and am feeling a great deal better cognitively speaking) she said no that "the budget would not allow it"
I asked if I could work shorter shifts or less days a week as my MD recommended (and I have written documetation to prove this) that I try to take a 1 or 2 week medical leave of absence in order to have some time to replenish my B12 stores. she said no.
I asked if I could possibly transfer to another unit, she said no.
I aked if I could work in a non-RN position within the hospital. she said no.
I asked if I left this hospital, would she be able to give me a positive recommendation-she said no.
I talked to HR to see what my options were, they basically said "we have an at will policy here" and that I should resign.
I don't want to resign as I don't want to not be able to collect unemployment benefits.
On top of all this, I am a relatively new RN (2 years)but 40 years old. One of my preceptors has also "had it in for me" and has been going to my nurse mgr behind my back and telling her things that are untrue about my performance(or grossly exagerated) and that my colleagues have also witnessed her unfair treatment toward me.I feel this preceptor RN's judgement of me has played a big role in my now being faced with termination.
Today I was called in by my nurse mgr and asked to resign or she would start "termination process" however, I was asked to leave my shift early today, but to "come back to work tomorrow" if I do not hear from my nurse mgr beforehand
My question IS what are my rights as an RN with a medical condition(Pernicious Anemia) I just became aware of that has affected my ability to learn, multi task this new job??
should I resign or be terminated?
will I be able to collect unemployment?(In MI, I know you can't get unemployment if you quit a job)
can my nurse mgr file a complaint against my license?
who can I call/email for help. advice here?
I am in a non-union hospital in Michigan. thanks very much for you input!

I would contact an attorney if you are fired but they can fire for just about anything including unable to perform to whatever they say you need to perform in I don't think it would hurt you liscense unless you do something against your nurse practice act or harm someone....maybe you should look for someplace else if the preceptor "has it in for you" and if you don't think you and that unit click....going back into orientation does cost them money but so does putting anybody else in orientation if they have to replace you so that doesn't sound like a good reason.
