My first ever travel assignment was with Crdentia this past summer-- and I would not recommend them. At the time they were going through some sort of legal issues with another travel company and it ended up making my experience very difficult.
I consistently got calls from both companies saying I belonged with them, my recruiter changed 4x during the assignment, bonuses promised were never delivered. I was very thankful that I arranged my own housing because I heard other nurses didnt have their rents paid etc...
They do not do anything to make you feel special or support you throughout the assignment. Your just one "cog" in the wheel.
