| Re: Help!!! smaller communities in more rural areas with community college systems that don't have the population to draw from. There is still a wait at some but not as long of a line.

| :frustrated: HI. IT'S B.SHELTON. I AM AN L.P.N. AND HAVE BEEN FOR TEN YEARS NOW. I WENT TO NURSING SCHOOL IN CALIFORNIA. I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A QUICK WAY TO GET MY R.N. THERE IS A NURSING SCHOOL IN CA. CALLED MOUNT ST. MARY'S. I DON'T REMEMBER WHAT STREET ITS ON BUT IT IS IN LOS ANGELES. BE CAREFUL WHERE YOU GO BECAUSE IN MY SEARCH FOR AN R.N. PROGRAM I HAVE COME TO LEARN THAT EACH NURSING SCHOOL REQUIRE DIFFERENT PREREQUISITS. SO YOU MIGHT SPEND ALOT OF TIME DOING THE REQ'S AND DEPENDING ON WHERE YOU END UP GOING YOU MIGHT NEED DIFFERENT ONE'S. EVEN AFTER ALREADY HAVING COMPLETING 1 MILLION. SO WHAT I SUGGEST IS THAT YOU SEARCH NURSING PROGRAMS AND FIND OUT EXACTLY WHAT COURSES THEY REQUIRE YOU TO HAVE. AND AFTER FINDING ONE, YOU WILL KNOW IF YOU HAVE TAKEN THE RIGHT COURSES. I HOPE THIS HELPS. |
