anyone know of any good jobs in the MIAMI area? are there any good hospitals to work at and any hospitals to avoid? approximately how much per hour do they pay?

Im currently on contract as a RN at south miami hospital. Im working tele floor averaging 5 pts per nurse and i would recommend this hospital to a traveler.

Stay away from mt siani hospital in miami. They have a very demanding group of pts and families. Their administration expects the nurses to take the abuse and shut up.
