    my wifes new career choice

    Hello All,
My wife is starting work next week as a travel nurse recruiter. I am looking to help her, but don't know how. Any suggestions for someone starting out as a recruiter? THanks DAVE

Welcome! As a travel nurse, I appreciate a recruiter who is honest, upfront, and doesn't "beat around the bush". Be straightforward with the nurses you are trying to recruit. Most nurses are pretty good at seeing through bullsh*t anyways.... Tell her to always remember that the nurses she is trying to recruit are her bread and butter- and that she is working for them.
