Recently the Dallas Morning News wrote a series of articles slamming the North Texas VA Hospital and their nurses. The Nurses Lounge magazine in Dallas (and member of this forum) found quiet a different story when we investigated the facts.

No one at the VA claimed that problems didn't exist but they were no where near on the level that was written up in the article. The story was very sensationalized at best and definitely distorted the many of the facts.
