Delegating

what sort of tasks would you say are ok for RN students in their last semester to be delegating to LPN's and CNA's?

Re: Delegating

Things that you've already learned & feel proficient in- baths, transfers, vitals...

Re: Delegating

I'd say it depends on how many patients you get in your last semester... if its only one i dont think you should be delegating anything. You only have one patient!! If its more than that, then its more like the real world and you should delegate things that, like amanda said, you are proficient at.
