does anybody know how to get a job as a cruise ship nurse??

Try contacting the cruise lines themselves. I have never worked on a cruise line, but I've heard that the pay isn't very good, and that it's not as great and glamorous as you might think...

I've also heard (albeit 2nd hand) that cruise lines want nurses with ER experience ...
